Employee Assistance Program

What is EAP?

The EAP (Employee Assistance Program) is a free, confidential program provided to all employees of the PVCSD parented by Longview Associates.

This program offers assistance with any and all issues that potentially or actually impact an employee’s ability to perform his or her responsibilities at work. The program addresses a wide spectrum of issues including (but not limited to) emotional issues, familial concerns. bereavement, financial stresses, divorce/separation, drug/alcohol issues, etc. The service is free and all issues are kept in the utmost confidentiality.
